9th ARCON Annual General Meeting
& Scientific Conference
The Association of Radiation and Clinical Oncologists of Nigeria (ARCON) invites researchers, clinicians, trainees, and allied professionals to submit original scientific abstracts for presentation at the 9th ARCON Annual General Meeting and Scientific Conference (TinCity 2026). The conference will hold in Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria, from 14–18 September 2026.
The conference will bring together experts in oncology and allied disciplines to discuss innovations, research findings, and best practices aimed at strengthening multidisciplinary cancer care in Africa.

Abstracts must be structured as follows:
- Background
- Objectives
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusion
Case reports should include: Background, Case Description, Discussion, and Conclusion.
Maximum word limit: 300 words (excluding title and author details).

- Case Presentation
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to determine the final presentation format.

The presenting author must be registered for the conference.
All abstracts will undergo blinded peer review based on:
- Scientific merit and originality
- Methodological rigor
- Relevance to the conference theme
- Clarity of presentation
Authors will be notified of acceptance following the review process.

Outstanding abstracts will be recognized with awards in the following categories:
Awards will be presented during the conference closing ceremony.
